Core denim fabric manufacturing capabilities

Our mill partner facilities operate high-speed projectile and air-jet looms alongside shuttle selvedge looms, providing comprehensive weaving capabilities across all commercial denim fabric constructions:

• 100% Cotton Rigid Denim: From 4.5 oz lightweight shirting to 16.5 oz heavyweight heritage selvedge denim. Ring-spun, open-end, and cross-slub warp yarns in 3/1 right-hand twill, left-hand twill, and broken twill weaves.
• Comfort & High-Recovery Stretch Denim: Engineered dual-core (cotton/T400/spandex) and tri-blend stretch denim with 18% to 65% elongation and less than 4% residual growth after repeated commercial laundering.
• Specialty Dyeing & Shades: Indigo rope-dyeing with 8 to 16 dips, sulphur bottom with indigo top, pure sulphur black, and reactive overdyes in red-cast, green-cast, and deep ocean blue casts.
• Ecru, Natural & Sustainable Blends: Undyed ecru bull denim, GOTS-certified organic cotton, recycled pre-consumer cotton, and hemp-cotton blends.

Technical quality assurance and lab testing protocols

Every export shipment is inspected and tested in ISO 17025 accredited laboratories to ensure compliance with buyer specifications and international standards:

• Dimensional Stability (AATCC 135 / ISO 6330): Controlled warp and weft shrinkage tolerances with skew/torque control under 3%.
• Tensile & Tear Strength (ASTM D5034 / ASTM D1424): High burst and tensile durability verified for heavy garment wash cycles including stonewash, enzyme, bleach, and laser distressing.
• Colourfastness & Crocking (AATCC 8 / ISO 105-X12): Wet and dry crocking grades evaluated for dry rub and wet transfer properties.
• Chemical Compliance: OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I & II compliance, ZDHC Level 3 wastewater compliance, and complete MRSL/RSL verification.

Commercial export workflow and mill coordination

We manage the complete sourcing lifecycle from initial fabric brief and lab dip development to prototype yardage, pre-production yardage (PP yards), bulk container production, and global port dispatch:

1. Requirement Alignment: Share target weight (GSM/oz), yarn counts, warp/weft density (EPI/PPI), width, and intended garment application.
2. Swatch & Hanger Sampling: Review matched physical swatch cards or request 3-meter sample yardage for garment fit trials.
3. Bulk Production & Inspection: Comprehensive 4-Point System fabric inspection and roll-by-roll batch testing prior to container stuffing.
4. Documentation & Shipping: Complete Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, packing lists, and mill test certificates supplied under agreed Incoterms (FOB Mundra / CIF / DDP).
